Had the pleasure of once again being commissioned for poster art for this year’s musical put on by the kiddos at Saint Juliana School in Chicago, IL – always such a treat. In a twist of fate, apparently very few boys auditioned for the lead roles of the “newsies”, allowing for a cool – albeit somewhat forced – reinterpretation of the classic. I think it’s for the better. Especially because it gave me a chance to make a more unique Newsies poster 🙂
